Shipping is free on every order over $120. Standard delivery arrives in 2–4 working days, and express ordered before 2 pm is dispatched the same day.

Fragrance ships on a ground service because of aviation rules on alcohol content.

Use Track your order in the Help menu with your order number (it starts GLW-) and the email you ordered with. Once it ships you will also get a tracking link by email.

Until it is approved you can cancel from your account. After that we may already be packing it, so contact us straight away and we will do what we can.

Major credit and debit cards, paid securely through Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Use the product properly and if it is not right for you, send it back within 100 days for a full refund — opened or not. We ask that you return whatever is left of it along with the original packaging.

Open the order in your account and choose Request a refund. Pick the items and tell us why; we review it and, once approved, the money goes back to the way you paid.

We process approved refunds promptly, but your bank decides the rest — cards usually show the money within 5–10 working days.

Start with your undertone. If the veins on your wrist look green you are warm, blue or purple means cool, and a mix means neutral. Every product page lists shades by undertone, and our team will match you from a daylight photo if you send one to Support@glowvia.com. Unopened shades can be exchanged free within 100 days, so it costs nothing to try two.

Yes. Nothing we sell is tested on animals at any stage, and we do not sell into markets that require animal testing by law. The majority of the range is vegan; where a formula contains beeswax or lanolin it is stated in the ingredients list.

Away from light and heat. A drawer or a closed cupboard is ideal; a sunny windowsill or a steamy bathroom shelf will shorten the life of a juice considerably. Kept properly, an unopened bottle holds up for years.

Many are formulated without fragrance or common irritants, and each product page lists the full ingredients. If you are prone to reactions, patch-test on your inner arm first.

No — you can check out as a guest. An account saves your addresses, shows your order history and lets you leave reviews on things you have bought.

Anyone who has bought the product and received it. Reviews from verified purchases are marked so other shoppers know they are genuine.
