This page says what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It describes what the shop actually does — not what it might do one day.

Card payments are handled by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly into Stripe's own form and never reach our servers — we store only Stripe's reference for the payment and whether it succeeded. Stripe processes that data as its own controller under its privacy policy.
When you answer the cookie banner we keep a record that a decision was made, which categories you allowed, which version of the policy you were answering and when. We deliberately do not store your IP address, your browser's user agent or any fingerprint alongside it — proving you agreed to being tracked by tracking you would defeat the point.
Only the people who have to: Stripe for payments, the carrier delivering your parcel, and our hosting provider. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable form. Email Support@glowvia.com and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Passwords are stored hashed, never in a readable form — we cannot tell you your password, only help you set a new one. Session cookies are marked HttpOnly so page scripts cannot read them, and the live site is served over HTTPS.
